Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an edible film which is easily produced by means of a coating method and in which components are uniformly distributed. [Solution] An edible film 10 has, for example, a rectangular shape in a plan view, and is a thin film having a thickness of 10-300 μm, and more preferably 30-200 μm. The edible film 10 is mainly formed from a substrate and components mixed into the substrate. The components mixed into the substrate may include mainly microcrystalline cellulose and maltitol.
