Abstract:
Provided are an edoxaban intermediate and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, the edoxaban intermediate includes intermediate compounds of formula I and formula II. The preparation method comprises: subjecting a compound of formula III and an oxidizing agent to an oxidation reaction to obtain a compound of formula II; and mixing the compound of formula II, transaminase, transaminase coenzyme, and a phosphate buffer solution for an enzymic catalytic reaction or further amino derivatization reaction to obtain a compound of formula I. The described key edoxaban intermediate and the preparation method therefor have the advantages of a novel structure, mild reaction conditions, a high yield, and good industrialization value.
