Schiestl Title: Effect of YEL002 on Conditions and Diseases Attorney Docket: RDMIT-PCT01 CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This application takes benefit of priority from nonprovisional application having U.S. Serial No. 18/045,152 filed October 8, 2022, the contents thereof is incorporated by reference into the present application. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Below are summaries of conditions that afflict the human and animal populations and could be prevented, mitigated, or cured by the compound YEL002, as well as potential benefits. Cancer Cancer is a disease that develops when cells in your body divide at a faster rate than normal cells. These abnormal cells grow into a lump or tumor. About 25% of all people have cancer in their lifetime. Chemo and radiation therapy for cancer: In the US about 1.1 million people receive chemo or radiation therapy for cancer each year.25% of all people die from chemotherapy and not the cancer it is designed to treat. It would be great if we had a means to stop the proliferation of cancer cells and to get rid of the negative side effects of chemo and/or radiation therapy. Immune system effects Infections: Infectious diseases are the second leading cause of death worldwide, after heart disease, and are responsible for more deaths annually than cancer. Influenza: The flu is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses that infect the nose, throat, and sometimes the lungs. It can cause mild to severe illness, and at times can lead to death. Symptoms are: fever or feeling feverish/chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, fatigue (tiredness), some people may have vomiting and diarrhea, which is more common in children than adults. There are around one billion cases of seasonal influenza annually in the world, including 3–5 million cases of severe illness. It causes if worm: tapeworm a can is called a tapeworm infection. A young and inactive form of the tapeworm is called a larval cyst. It can stay alive in other parts of the body. This is called a larval cyst infection. A tapeworm in the intestines often causes mild symptoms. Moderate to severe symptoms may include stomach pain and diarrhea. Larval cysts can cause serious disease if they are in an animals brain, liver, lungs, heart or eyes. It would be great if we had a means to get rid of tapeworms. COVID-19: 600 million cases, 6.5 million death worldwide as of the end of August 2022. About 25% of all people have long COVID which is about 1.9 billion people worldwide. It would be great, if we had a treatment for COVID-19. Allergies: People can be allergic to all kinds of things, like coffee, garlic, gluten, peanuts, seafood etc. Gluten allergy: Gluten allergy is a misleading term commonly confused with wheat allergy, or sometimes celiac disease. Celiac Disease is a digestive condition that is potentially serious if not diagnosed or treated. Symptoms include: Bloating, gas and constipation. acid reflux, asthma, allergies, brain fog, fatigue and headaches. depression. diarrhea and nausea. Joint pain. About 6% of all people have celiac thus about 480 million people worldwide. Asthma: The most common asthma triggers include allergies, air pollution and other airborne irritants, other health conditions including respiratory infections, exercise or physical activity, weather and air temperature, strong emotions, and some medicines. Asthma triggers vary from person to person. The most common signs of asthma are: Coughing, especially at night, during exercise or when laughing. Difficulty breathing. Chest tightness. Shortness of breath. Wheezing (a whistling or squeaky sound in your chest when breathing, especially when exhaling). The prevalence is 270 million worldwide. It would be great, if one had a treatment for asthma. COPD: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD, refers to a group of diseases that cause airflow blockage and breathing-related problems. It includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. COPD makes breathing difficult for the 16 million Americans who have this disease. It would be great, if we had a treatment for COPD. Inflammation-caused diseases: Inflammation is the cause of most diseases and about 51% of all people die of inflammation caused diseases. Diabetes: Diabetes symptoms depend on how high one’s blood sugar is. Some people, especially if they have prediabetes, gestational diabetes, or type 2 diabetes, may not have symptoms. In type 1 diabetes, symptoms tend to come on quickly and be more severe: feeling more thirsty than usual; urinating often; losing weight without trying; presence of ketones in the urine. Ketones are a byproduct of the breakdown of muscle and fat that happens when there's not enough available insulin. Feeling tired and weak; feeling irritable or having other mood changes; having blurry vision; having slow-healing sores; getting a lot of infections, such as gum, skin and vaginal infections. About 1/8 of the population or about 780 million worldwide have diabetes. It would be great, if one could treat diabetes. Ulcerative Colitis: UC may be the worst intestinal disease you may get, it is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes chronic inflammation and ulcers in the superficial lining of the large intestine, also called the colon. And that includes the rectum. Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in which abnormal reactions of the immune system cause inflammation and ulcers on the inner lining of your large intestine. Ulcerative colitis can develop at any age, but the disease is more likely to develop in people between the ages of 15 and 30. Symptoms of ulcerative colitis vary from person to person and may include diarrhea, passing blood with your stool, and abdominal pain. Experts aren’t sure what causes ulcerative colitis but think genes, abnormal immune reactions, the microbiome, and the environment play a role. UC patients may not be able to control the bowel movement, having blood and pus in the stool and sometimes passing out from cramps and pain. The prevalence is about 5 million worldwide. It would be great, if one could treat UC. Headache: 75% of all people have headache in one year and 30% have migraines which can also be due to inflammation. Autoimmune disease: About 6% of all people have autoimmune diseases which is about 45 Million people worldwide. Multiple sclerosis: MS is an autoimmune disease: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). In MS, the immune system attacks the protective sheath (myelin) that covers nerve fibers and causes communication problems between your brain and the rest of your body. The prevalence is about 1.8 million worldwide. It would be great if one could treat MS. Additional Health Effects Anabolism and muscle growth: Muscle size increases when a person continually challenges the muscles to deal with higher levels of resistance or weight. This process is known as muscle hypertrophy. Muscle hypertrophy occurs when the fibers of the muscles sustain damage or injury. The body repairs damaged fibers by fusing them, which increases the mass and size of the muscles. Certain hormones, including testosterone, human growth hormone, and insulin growth factor, also play a role in muscle growth and repair. Some of them are illegal to use in sports. It would be great to have a substance that enhances performance and increases muscle mass and strength. Eye sight: There are about 2.2 billion people worldwide with poor vision which is almost 30% of all people. This is an underestimate since in many under-developed countries slightly reduced vision is not treated. The reason for poor vision is not well understood, but diabetics develop peripheral neurodegeneration, leading to poor vision and glaucoma and macular degeneration lead to poor vision. It would be great if one had a means to improve vision. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD): Smoker’s leg refers to symptoms in the leg resulting from a condition that doctors call PAD. PAD causes narrowing of the blood vessels, which reduces blood flow to the arteries in the leg. It can also affect blood flow to the: arms, legs and feet, stomach and brain. About 6.5 million people which is about 2% have PAD in the United States. Diabetics have similar problems lower in the feet. The final therapy after many years of disease and pain involves amputation of legs and feet since necrosis develops that otherwise may affect the entire body. It would be great to have a treatment for PAD. Periodontics: Periodontics or receding gum line affects 20-50% of the entire population. Type 2 diabetic individuals with severe form of periodontal disease have 3.2 times greater mortality risk compared with individuals with no or mild periodontitis. It would be great if one had a treatment of periodontics. Varicose and spider veins: Approximately 23% of US adults have varicose veins. If spider telangiectasias and reticular veins are also considered, the prevalence increases to 80% of men and 85% of women. Generally, more common in women and older adults, varicose veins affect 22 million women and 11 million men between the ages of 40 to 80 years. It would be great if one could treat varicose and spider veins. Blood clots: Inflammatory factors make platelets sticky which causes blood clots.900,000 people per year in the US have deep blood thrombosis and up to 25% of them die suddenly resulting in 100,000 death annually in the US only per year. It would be great if one could treat blood clots. Heart Disease: About 25% of all people have cardiovascular disease in their lifetime. Heart disease include extrasystoles and racing heart. Racing heart can be a result of long covid. It would be great if these conditions could be treated. Liver disease: Is also caused by inflammation or autoimmune problems as well as excessive alcohol consumption. About 1.5 billion people worldwide have clinical liver disease. It would be great if liver problems could be treated. Hair loss: More than 80 percent of men and nearly half of women experience significant hair loss during their lifetime. Hair loss can be due to hormonal effects, mostly in men, as well as autoimmune affects. It would be great, if one could treat hair loss. Bowel movement: A bowel movement is the last stop in the movement of food through your digestive tract. Your stool passes out of your body through the rectum and anus. It would be great if one could benefit the bowel movement. Mercury poisoning: In Amazonia in Brazil for instance, companies dig for mercury for industrial use. The result is that the indigenous people living there including the companies’ own employees develop mercury poisoning. Neurological and behavioral disorders may be observed after inhalation, ingestion, or dermal exposure of different mercury compounds. Symptoms include tremors, insomnia, memory loss, neuromuscular effects, headaches and cognitive and motor dysfunction, skin problems, damage the kidneys, liver and immune system. It would be great if one could treat poisonings. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Disclosed are preparations comprising the YEL002 compound as an active ingredient for the prevention or treatment of one or more diseases. The preparations may be a sublingual pill, an injection, dissolved in liquid, or dissolved in oil. Methods of preventing or treating diseases using a preparation are disclosed. Additional methods include applying an oil to the nasal membrane or the eyes, or atomizing the oil and inhaling the mist. The conditions or diseases indicated may be cancer, symptoms caused by chemotherapy or radiation therapy, Immune system effects, infections, influenza, COVID-19, long COVID, tapeworms, inflammation-caused or inflammation-related diseases, diabetes, allergies, coffee, garlic and gluten allergies, COPD, asthma, ulcerative colitis, headaches including migraines, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, poor vision, peripheral artery disease, smoker’s leg, diabetic feet, periodontal disease, varicose or spider veins, blood clots, liver disease, heart disease, hair loss, mercury and other poisoning and bowel movement. Benefits may be anabolism, accelerated muscle growth, and improvements in bowel movement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The compound YEL002 has a myriad of medicinal and other therapeutic properties, some of which were previously described in US Patent No.9,045,474 titled “Compounds and compositions for mitigating tissue damage and lethality.” The patent discloses embodiments for various formulations containing YEL002. Embodiments as to use, dosage, and effects are described herein but all uses are included and not limited by the descriptions. The molecular structure of the YEL002 compound is described below: use gram per day for a 50 kg person which is about 20 mg/kg, the same as was used in previous experiments with mice. The compound takes the appearance of an off-white powder and is fat soluble. One takes a quarter teaspoon or about 0.5g dissolved in one teaspoon of oil. In an exemplary embodiment, it is dissolved in grape seed oil and taken twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is easy to use and has almost no taste. One only tasted the oil it is dissolved in. The compound can also be delivered into the bloodstream through the nose or mouth as the nose or eyes or inhalation spray. The compound is dissolved in oil and sprayed into or applied inside the nose. Furthermore, YEL002 can be applied just by itself or during inhalation of a mist produced by atomizing the oil and inhaled. It may also be put into a mist generator spraying on the eyes for improved vision. All other delivery methods known or unknown, such as the powder by itself, in pills, preferably sublingual pills or as injections, are also contemplated. YEL002 has a huge number of uses and holds promise as a most useful future pharmaceutical. In a high-throughput cellular screen at UCLA for a radiation mitigator funded by the National Institute of Health with $31 million during 10 years, 16,000 compounds from different chemical libraries were screened. There were 10 primary hits and 6 confirmed hits and 2 of them were used in mice. Mice were irradiated with an LD100 after which 100% of the mice died after 10 to 15 days. When the researchers injected YEL002 IP into the irradiated mice 24 hours after radiation and another four doses in 24 hours intervals 100% of the mice, so all mice which would otherwise have died survived which was a highly significant difference. Many lived a normal life span of more than 2 years which is interesting since other labs which isolated other compounds their mice died of late radiation effects much earlier. It is speculated that this is because the primary screen applied was against radiation-induced toxicity as well as genotoxicity which causes cancer and other disease. Researchers involved in other labs were screening only against radiation-induced toxicity and thereby cells with genotoxicity survive and cause even more cancer and late effects of which surviving mice died. In our experiments, however, a screen against radiation induced toxicity as well as genetic instability made sure that the surviving cells also had no genetic instability which otherwise would have led to an increase in cancer and other diseases. In one other experiment, ATM- deficient mice injected every week with YEL002 during most of their lifespans lived 33% longer than without injections. In another experiment at the National Institute of Health, in other mice after radiation exposure which caused 90% of them to develop lymphoma, there was a reduction of the lymphoma incidence induced by the radiation to 40% and the spontaneous frequency was reduced from 10- 20% down to 0%. The compound was shown to work in yeast, human tissue culture cells, zebrafish and mice. Extrapolating these results to humans, it is speculated that humans could live 20 years longer and with a reduction of cancer and probably many degenerative diseases as well as cancer. This was observed after treating mice right after birth, if humans are treated later in life it is possible that only 10 or 5 years are added which is still very substantial. The compound made cells more resistant to exposure to a variety of agents, such as UV, chemical carcinogens, chemical warfare agents, radioactive iodine and cigarette smoke. In case of radiation accidents or nuclear reactor accidents such as Fukushima or Chernobyl, or exposure to a nuclear or a dirty bomb, for the army against chemical warfare agents like in the Iran-Iraq war, for stewardesses, pilots and astronauts which have a higher occupational risk of cancer and frequent fliers or any other flier against space radiation effects, against radon in the basement induced lung cancer, against exposure to all kinds of carcinogens induced cancer and other diseases, against smoking and most likely also air pollution induced cancer or other diseases (truck drivers, police officers, inner city dwellers, etc.). And since cells became resistant to a variety of agents, it is speculated that there is a limitless number of experiments to be done to identify which additional agents YEL002 makes cells or animals resistant to. It is also observed that three different cancer cell lines were not protected from radiation killing by YEL002, which indicates a use in radiation oncology or chemotherapy where the tumor can still be killed by the radiation, or chemotherapy but YEL002 protects the rest of the body cells from radiation or chemotherapy damage, and inhibits secondary carcinogenesis. There were no side effects besides longer life and reduction of cancer incidence and protection from exposure to radiation and many carcinogens and many other beneficial effects. In terms of mechanism of action in a proteomics study, the chemical was capable of inducing 244 different proteins in human keratinocytes, which comprised anti-inflammatory proteins, a number of DNA repair proteins, and 9 neuroprotective proteins. It is known that turtles at the Galapagos Islands live 150 or more years without cancer and have multiple copies of DNA repair genes and anti-inflammatory genes. The compound boosts the expression of these genes in mammals. Since it induces DNA repair and is anti-inflammatory, it may be possible to prevent and cure many diseases and extend the life. 51% of the population die from inflammation-related diseases and 6% of the population have autoimmune diseases, and 9% have infectious diseases. It is estimated that 5.5 billion of the world population may potentially benefit from YEL002 treatment. Cancer YEL002 prevents cancer and stops the proliferation of cancers and simultaneously supports the immune system. In patients in stage 1 or beginning of stage 2 this leads to detection of the cancer by the immune system and eradication. For stage 3 and 4 YEL002 gets rid of the side effects of chemo and radiation therapy and when the cancer is excised it is smaller than expected. One subject on chemotherapy was repeatedly vomiting many times a day, had no appetite, continually lost weight, did not eat, and did not want to live any longer. One week on YEL002 vomiting completely stopped, he had lots of appetite and is eating, gained 2 kg, and drove 320 km with his motorbike. His cancer was smaller than expected when excised and the second chemo was no problem at all. He is very happy and very much alive and wants to live now. According to another patient, one subject post-chemotherapy had coughing and wheezing symptoms and went downhill very fast and her daughter was worried that she was dying. After only one hour after YEL002 treatment this was completely alleviated and she slept well. One other patient was a 68-year old woman with stage 4 rectal cancer that already spread all over her body and she was already thin and frail. Then she got chemo which gave her the rest. She became incoherent, could not swallow or eat any longer, and the doctors wanted to set a stomach tube. Two days after start of the therapy she got up from her deathbed, was coherent and walked to the fridge was hungry, could eat and swallow and started to eat and had gained 8 pounds. There are patients with stage 1 lymphoma or lymphoma watch and patients on PSA watch. None of them developed cancer further. One patients has a pancreatic cyst which has 10% likelihood to become cancer which is very lethal. Steve Jobs died from it. So far, she is doing very well and her cyst did not increase in size or became cancer. Immune system effects Allergies: One patient had allergies to coffee and garlic. Both disappeared within two weeks on the therapy. In another person it completely cured gluten allergy. According to another patient, one subject dissolved YEL002 in oil and used that oil to spray her nose 2-4 times a day. This felt great and completely prevented all seasonal allergic attacks such as sneezing and runny nose. Infections: Case studies with 5 subjects show that COVID disease was treated, symptoms disappeared very fast and the COVID virus was cleared faster than without YEL002 and it supports the immune system to fight the virus and may also reduce the risk of infection since infections of people using YEL002 is extremely rare and even during the epidemic people on YEL002 socializing in close contact for hours and hugging did not get infected by at the time highly infective individuals. There are 16 million new cases of COVID worldwide each week and 600 million cases of late COVID in the world which are due to continued inflammation and autoimmune diseases which also respond to YEL002 therapy. Effect on the flu: The immune system reacts much quicker and stronger to infections such as the flu so that some symptoms may be temporarily more severe but much shorter in length and unusual symptoms may be more prominent. The duration of the flu is reduced to 3 days from 4-7 days. There is no fever, no tiredness, no sluggishness and no headache. Almost no sneezing, no runny nose and no repeated coughing. One just blows one’s nose about once per hour the first day. Coughing on the second day for 4-5 hours, after that only to clear bronchial mucus about once per hour. On the third day unusual symptoms may dominant like muscle ache in one subject, and red eyes due to eye infection in another one. On the fourth day symptoms subside and slowly everything is over. One always feels completely fine and can socialize and work throughout. Since sneezing and repeated coughing are almost absent, it should also inhibit transmission of the flu. Thus, the people who experienced the flu while on YEL002, none of them know whether they infected anyone else and those that actually monitored this by asking all the people they socialized with (including hand shaking and hugging) while having had the flu while on YEL002, none of these other people they socialized with developed the flu in the following 4 days after the social interaction. Effects on tapeworms, YEL002 completely got rid of multiple tapeworms in cats in between one week and one month. Inflammation Diabetes: Four patients with diabetes are cured of their disease so far: YEL002 gets rid of the circulation problems in hand and feet. It cures peripheral arterial disease and nobody has to amputate their feet any longer. It gets rid of the brain fog and sleepiness and improves the sleep quality of diabetics. It gets rid of the peripheral neurodegeneration of diabetics causing poor vision. It also gets rid of the irritability and mood swings and the higher rate of infections in diabetics. It decreased the A1C score which measures glucose level in blood to prediabetic or normal levels from diabetic levels. One previously diabetic patient also lost 20 pounds in 2 month on YEL002. Ulcerative colitis, UC: Two patients had UC could not control the bowel movement, having blood and pus in the stool, and sometimes passing out from cramps and pain. Two weeks on YEL002 therapy they were much better and later completely recovered. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), one patient had severe COPD, was indoors in isolation for 5 month because pollen and air pollution triggered it and she was on oxygen and did not want to start coughing without being able to stop in front of people. Two days after the start of the therapy she said that she did not feel as good for the last 5 years. Gradually she is improving, coughing productively and discontinuing other medications and needing less oxygen. Two month later she is not using oxygen, complete discontinued other medications and goes out again and socializes again. Asthma: 2 Asthma patients so far are doing much better. They breathe much easier, inhaler use and other medication use is down and asthma attacks become much less frequent. Autoimmune diseases: Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease. One patient with MS is doing much better. Additional Health Effects Anabolism and Muscle growth: 2 subjects on YEL002 doing weightlifting and other muscle trainings noticed that keratin levels increased 20% and one subject gained 10 pounds of lean muscle mass within 2 month and his elevated level of red blood cells was normalized. There was a huge increase in training performance and sore muscles completely disappeared. When muscles are overused there is no pain when the muscles are rested (sore muscles disappeared), only when they are used, which disappears within one day. Periodontics or receding gum disease: Patients with periodontal disease or receding gums had their prevalence of gum pockets having 4 or more millimeters reduced from 104 to 12 and the gum bleeding was much reduced. Reportedly the compound was able to align teeth such that subjects do not catch much food in their teeth any longer so that flossing removes almost no food from between teeth. Eye sight: One patient also observed no longer needing eyeglasses after 55 years of wearing them, and after 4 weeks with the chemical, the subject can see much better than anybody his age can see single trees 10 miles away and has perfect night vision. According to the patient, the compound got rid of 2 diopters and 1 astigmatism of eye sight deficiency in only 4 weeks. Two subject with 6 diopters also improved vision a lot. YEL002 hugely benefits the retina (which turns perfect when measured on all subjects on YEL002) and the optic nerve, so that bad vision due to those, about 25% of all vision impairments can be cured. Even the rest of people where the vision impairment is due to lens or other problems also see better because the transmission of the optic signal through retina and optic nerve is improved. Varicose veins and spider veins: Arms and legs are tighter and nurses have problems finding veins, since the veins moved further inside the extremities and are not on the surface any longer, thus it fixes varicose and spider veins. Blood clots: Pro inflammatory factors make platelets sticky and cause blood clots. YEL002 gets rid of those factors and thus prevents or treats blood clots. Liver damage: Liver problems due to autoimmune diseases or excessive drinking. One subject had twice elevated levels of liver damage ever since she had a gallbladder operation 25 years before. After only two days of YEL002 treatment the values were normal and below the cutoff for the first time in 25 years. Peripheral arterial disease (PAD): According to another patient testimonial, one subject was a heavy smoker and she had all kinds of inflammation problems including smoker’s leg which were oozing lymph liquid and could not heal for many years. One week after YEL002 treatment her condition was completely healed. Since diabetics have the same problem with their feet this could be fixed too, so that nobody has to amputate feet or legs any longer, but just use YEL002 instead. Hair loss: For the first time in years one subject’s brush did not have any hair, meaning her hair loss completely stopped. One subject had a bald head for 30 years. Since application of YEL002 the hair grows on the previously bald head. Thus, it completely stops hair loss and it cures alopecia and baldness. The subject also must clip his body hair every 2nd month, otherwise it is 4 inches long and looks funny and has to shave more often. Cats on YEL002 don’t shed any longer. Very little cat hair on the floor and which is not any longer seasonal. Thus it saves money cleaning the apartment. Bowel movement: Digestion is so much improved that subjects on YEL002 experience easier bowel movement after pressing hard, things leave within seconds, so fast that it does not much dirty the body. Thus, one saves toilet paper and chemicals for cleaning the toilet. Mercury poisoning: In Amazonia, in Brazil, companies dig for mercury for industrial use. The result is that the indigenous people living there including their own employees develop mercury poisoning. Neurological and behavioral disorders may be observed after inhalation, ingestion or dermal exposure of different mercury compounds. Symptoms include tremors, insomnia, memory loss, neuromuscular effects, headaches and cognitive and motor dysfunction, skin problems, damage the nervous system, kidneys, liver and immune system. YEL002 is currently used in a clinical study with 120 such mercury poisoned people to cure them from their mercury poisoning caused health problems. A direct effect of YEL002 on the autonomic or sympathetic nervous system, the flight or fight response can quiet down our stress response which is involved in all chronic diseases which can explain most of the effects we find. If one looks up the autonomic nervous system, it is involved in vision, hair growth, digestion, infections, inflammation, autoimmune problems, cancer and poisonings, trauma and depression, most of the problems, YEL002 can treat. What people do not understand is that almost all other drugs have negative side effects. YEL002 has also very severe side effects, but only positive ones which may include 20 years longer life, mice live 33% longer which is 20 years in human life expectancy without cancer or other diseases. And because YEL002 also prevents all the diseases it cures, most people stay on it for life. And so far, from all patients and people from which we cured the first sometimes serious disease, none has so far developed a second disease. All publications and patent applications cited in this specification are herein incorporated by reference as if each individual publication or patent application were specifically, and individually, indicated to be incorporated by reference. While the invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings without departing from the essential scope thereof.
