Abstract:
An efficient cleaning and drying device for down and feather, comprising a base (1). A box body (2) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1); hydraulic oil cylinders (3) are symmetrically fixedly connected to the upper end of the box body (2); movable ends of the hydraulic oil cylinders (3) are fixedly connected to a box cover (4); two slideways (5) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body (2); a first screw (6) and a second screw (7) are respectively rotatably connected to the inner walls of the two slideways (5); a first motor (8) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the base (1) by means of a support; and a first driving mechanism for driving the second screw (7) to rotate is mounted on the first screw (6). After the cleaning of down and feather is finished, a solenoid valve (15) is energized to open the solenoid valve (15) to drain the wastewater above a partition (14) in the box body (2), and then a heating wire (16) is energized to heat the air above the partition (14) in the box body (2), so as to heat the down and feather after being cleaned in a cleaning box (10), such that the need for taking out the cleaning box (10) and placing same in a drying device for drying is eliminated, thus avoiding time loss during transferring and reducing the labor intensity of employees.
