Abstract:
An efficient industrial dust removal apparatus comprising a fixed base plate (1). Connection bases (3) are symmetrically disposed at a top portion of the fixed base plate (1). An apparatus housing (5) is fixedly connected to top portions of the connection bases (3). A material feeding conveyor belt (16) and a material discharging conveyor belt (11) are respectively disposed at two sides of the apparatus housing (5), and the material feeding conveyor belt (16) and the material discharging conveyor belt (11) are both fixedly connected to the fixed base plate (1). Dust blowing devices (14) are disposed at a top portion of the apparatus housing (5) at equal spacings. A high-voltage electrostatic mesh (8) is disposed at a bottom portion of the apparatus housing (5). A high-voltage connector (9) is disposed at one end of the high-voltage electrostatic mesh (8), and a side surface of the high-voltage connector (9) is fixedly connected to the apparatus housing (5). A dust discharging pipe (32) is disposed at a top portion of the high-voltage electrostatic mesh (8), and dust discharging blowers (4) are disposed on an internal wall of the dust discharging pipe (32) at equal spacings. One end of the dust discharging pipe (32) is in communication with a dust collector (2), and the dust collector (2) is fixedly connected to the fixed base plate (1). A support mesh (10) is disposed at a top portion of the dust discharging pipe (32). Conveyor manipulators (7) and a rotating dust blowing platform (6) are disposed at a top portion of the support mesh (10). The rotating dust blowing platform (6) is located between the conveyor manipulators (7). An air curtain machine (15) is installed on an internal side wall of the apparatus housing (5). Connection posts (12) are fixedly connected to the top internal wall of the apparatus housing (5), and the other ends of the connection posts (12) are rotatably connected to dust blowing guns (13). The dust blowing guns (13) cooperate with the rotating dust blowing platform (6).
