Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing myocardial cells from pluripotent stem cells with high efficiency by including, in the method for producing myocardial cells from pluripotent stem cells, a process for forming embryoid bodies by dissociating embryoid bodies obtained partway through the production process and re-aggregating same.
