An efficient operation drilling rig, mainly comprising: a base (1); a derrick (2), an iron roughneck (5), a drill floor manipulator (6) and a pipe transfer device (7) mounted on the base; a top drive (8), a multifunctional manipulator (9), a racking platform pipe racker (14) and a power fingerboard (10) mounted on the derrick; a turnover manipulator (11) and a ground pipe storage and transportation device (13) mounted on the ground; and a lifting appliance (8-1) mounted on the top drive. The drilling rig and a matched tripping out/in method achieve efficient vertical movement of a stand at a wellhead and a pipe setback area, improve the tripping efficiency, and reduce the risk of underground safety accidents; in addition, a corresponding method is provided so that, in a drilling operation process, off-line stand connection and detachment are achieved, the preparation time in the drilling process is reduced, the drilling operation efficiency is improved, and the oilfield development cost is decreased.
