Abstract:
An efficient and rapid drying machine for a granulated fertilizer and a drying method. A heating furnace (2) is provided at the upper end of a base (1) of the drying machine; a plurality of burners (3) are arranged on the heating furnace (2), and each burner (3) is connected to a gas pipeline (4) and an air pipeline (5), respectively; a drying roller (7) is provided in the heating furnace (2); a feed port (8) and a motor (9) are provided at the left end of the drying roller (7); the motor (9) controls the drying roller (7) to roll; a discharge port (10) is provided at the right end of the drying roller (7); an air outlet pipe (14) is provided at the upper left end of the heating furnace (2); an induced draft fan (15) is provided on the air outlet pipe (14), and an air outlet of the induced draft fan (15) is connected to the interior of the right end of the drying roller (7); a roller air outlet pipe (16) is provided at the left top end of the drying roller (7); a roller induced draft fan (17) is provided on the roller air outlet pipe (16), and an air outlet of the roller induced draft fan (17) is connected to a dust collector (18); an air inducing pipe (19) and a three-way air distributing valve (20) are provided at the outlet of the dust collector (18); and the air inducing pipe (19) is connected to the interior of the right end of the drying roller (7) by means of the three-way air distributing valve (20). Under the dual drying condition of wall heating and hot air convective heat exchange of the drying roller (7), the drying efficiency is improved, hot air is recycled, and the drying machine is efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
