Abstract:
Disclosed is an efficient rotary drilling drill bit device with combined drilling and stirring for a large-section open caisson. The rotary drilling drill bit device comprises a gear transmission box (10), a driving gear (11), driven gears (9), a hollow primary drill rod (14), secondary drill rods (6), a primary drill bit (1), and secondary drill bits (4), wherein four secondary drill bits (4) are uniformly arranged above the primary drill bit (1) in the circumferential direction; a positioning plate (13) which is fixedly connected to the hollow primary drill rod (14) is respectively mounted on and under a box body such that the gear transmission box (10) can move synchronously with the increase in the drilling depth; the shape of the gear transmission box (10) is composed of a square and circles, the vertexes of the square acting as the center of the circles; the gear transmission box (10) is internally provided with the driving gear (11) and the driven gears (9), the driving gear (11) is fixedly connected to the hollow primary drill rod (14) via a key (15) and synchronously rotates along with the primary drill bit (1) during the drilling process; and each of the four driven gears (9) meshes with the driving gear (11) and respectively drives, by means of the key (15), one of the secondary drill bits (4) to rotate. By means of the device, the drilling efficiency and the mud discharging efficiency are improved, and a mud suction pipe being blocked and drill bit silting and even breaking caused by unsmooth mud discharging during the drilling process are prevented.
