Abstract:
An efficient solar multilayer evaporative seawater desalination apparatus, comprising a transparent housing (1). Wedge-shaped grooves (2) are formed in the outer wall of the transparent housing (1), such that seawater is injected into evaporation trays (3) during seawater desalination, and sunlight irradiates on the evaporation trays (3) through the transparent housing (1). The transparent housing (1) is made of a transparent plastic material, such that sunlight can increase, while directly irradiating into the transparent housing (1), the temperature in the transparent housing (1) to accelerate an evaporation speed. The wedge-shaped grooves (2) are located on a backlight surface. During desalination, the seawater in the evaporation trays (3) absorbs heat and evaporates to form water vapor. A certain temperature difference exists between the water vapor and the outside; at this time, the lower part of each wedge-shaped groove (2) can be used as a condensation surface, the water vapor is condensed on the transparent housing (1) or at the wedge-shaped groove (2), and condensed water drops flow to a fresh water collection box (5) at the bottommost part along the outer wall of the transparent housing (1) for collection, such that the condensation area and the contact area with air are increased, the surface temperature is decreased, and the condensation efficiency is improved.
