Abstract:
Disclosed is a washing diaphragm filter plate, comprising a plate body formed by integrally combining two diaphragm sheets, which are formed by integrally combining an elastic pressing filter film, an inner ring and an outer frame by means of overmolding, and an intermediate core plate, wherein water washing liquid delivery holes are provided at four corners of the plate body; water washing liquid outlet holes are provided at the water washing liquid delivery holes, and each of the water washing liquid outlet holes is connected to two groups of water washing liquid oblique holes; bosses are provided at inner peripheries of the water washing liquid delivery holes on the plate body; a front face of the elastic pressing filter film is provided with protruding points for supporting a piece of filter cloth; a feeding hole is provided at the center of the plate body; several groups of boss supporting bodies are provided between the elastic pressing filter film and the intermediate core plate; and one side of the plate body is provided with a pressed fluid transfer hole leading to a closed pressing chamber. The filter plate has a simple structure, facilitates the collection of a filtrate and the uniform distribution of a washing liquid, solves the problem of the washing liquid being easily short-circuited, and achieves a better effect of filter cake washing.
