Title:
EFFLORESCENCE REMOVING CHEMICAL LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/191220
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to completely solve the problem that, even if the site of efflorescence removal work itself is an underground space which is not vented sufficiently, that is, a nearly hermetically sealed space, it has not been possible to suppress pungent smells so much as drastically in the nearly hermetically sealed space because an efflorescence removal chemical liquid for use in the efflorescence removal work contains hydrochloric acid for efficient dissolution of the efflorescence, and, furthermore, when the hydrochloric acid is used, if the compounded amount of hydrochloric acid exceeds 10%, the efflorescence removal chemical liquid is designated as a deleterious substance under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act in Japan, and the waste water after efflorescence dissolution cleaning cannot be easily treated underground or elsewhere. The efflorescence removal chemical liquid according to the present invention is characterized in that, because the efflorescence removal chemical liquid is generated as a mixture of water, hydrochloric acid, glycolic acid, and lactic acid, the pungent smell of hydrochloric acid can be suppressed drastically by the action of lactic acid, allowing for the provision of a comfortable work site that does not cause problems to workers such as discomfort or poor health condition even when the efflorescence removal chemical liquid is used in an underground space which is not vented sufficiently, that is, a nearly hermetically sealed space, and furthermore, when the efflorescence removal chemical liquid is formed by mixing 10 wt% or less hydrochloric acid, 3.6 wt% or less glycolic acid, and 5 wt% or less lactic acid relative to a predetermined amount of water, waste water after efflorescence removal can be easily subjected to waste water treatment as an ordinary substance, not as a deleterious substance, even at an underground site by being mixed with natural drainage or injected water for cleaning stored or otherwise prepared at the site.
