Abstract:
The present invention relates to an epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII) specific aptamer and to the detection of EGFRvIII or the diagnosis of cancer using same. Since the aptamer of the present invention binds to EGFRvIII with high affinity, the aptamer can be applied to detect EGFRvIII or diagnose EGFRvIII-expressing cancer.
