Abstract:
An egg-roll machine, comprising a housing (1), wherein the housing (1) comprises a base (11) and a shell (12) mounted on the base (11); the housing (1) is provided therein with a metal sleeve (3) mounted on the base (11); a heating means (32) is provided on an outer surface of the metal sleeve (3); an upper end of the metal sleeve (3) is joined with the metal sleeve (3) and an upper end of the shell (12) by means of a guiding means (2); the guiding means (2) is provided thereon with a guiding through hole (21); the guiding through hole (21) is joined with a sleeve opening (31) provided at the upper end of the metal sleeve (3); a push-and-pull means (4) is provided within the metal sleeve (3), and used for applying liquid egg uniformly. By means of the push-and-pull means (4), the egg-roll machine is able to apply liquid egg more uniformly and the operation thereof is very convenient and simple, thus enabling more uniform heating to the liquid egg, shortening the heating time for the liquid egg and greatly improving production efficiency for egg-rolls.
