An egg-shaped smart inspection terminal, comprising a shell (100) and an inspection terminal arranged inside the shell (100). The inspection terminal comprises a control host, a display screen (7) and an information collection module, wherein both the display screen (7) and the information collection module are electrically connected to the control host. The interior of the shell (100) is divided into an upper part and a lower part by an operating table (200), the host is arranged under the operating table (200), and the display screen (7) is arranged on the operating table (200). The information collection module comprises a biological information collection component and an OCR collection instrument (9) for collecting certificate information. The egg-shaped smart inspection terminal not only reduces the false inspection rate of personnel biological information, but also maximally facilitates non-inductive operation of customs clearance personnel to collect and inspect biological information; meanwhile, the egg-shaped appearance structure is designed to be fully closed, so that the egg-shaped smart inspection terminal can also operate stably in harsh outdoor environments.
