Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for preparing an egg yolk protein-derived composition for height growth and bone density increase; and the composition. The present invention allows a egg yolk protein hydrolysate having a novel composition to be prepared so that a functional composition having height growth, bone density increase and bone growth promotion effects can be obtained, and allows the a composition for development of functional food and medicine and the like to be used, and thus can contribute to the promotion of public health.
