Abstract:
Disclosed is an eight-roller Raymond mill. The eight-roller Raymond mill comprises a plum blossom frame (2), a main shaft (3), four first grinding roller assemblies (4) and four second grinding roller assemblies (5). The plum blossom frame (2) is provided with a main body part (21), four first mounting parts (22) and four second mounting parts (23), the main body part (21) being fixedly arranged on the main shaft (3), and the four first mounting parts (22) and the four second mounting parts (23) being alternately arranged on the main body part (21) in the circumferential direction of the main shaft (3); each of the first grinding roller assemblies (4) is provided with a first grinding roller shaft, a first grinding roller (41) and a first grinding ring (42), one end of the first grinding roller shaft being correspondingly arranged on the first mounting part (22), the other end of the first grinding roller shaft being connected to the first grinding roller (41), and the first grinding ring (42) and the first grinding roller (41) being correspondingly arranged at the bottom end of the first grinding roller shaft; and each of the second grinding roller assemblies (5) is provided with a second grinding roller shaft, a second grinding roller (51) and a second grinding ring (52), one end of the second grinding roller shaft is correspondingly arranged on the second mounting part (23), the other end of the second grinding roller shaft is connected to the second grinding roller (51), and the diameter of the second grinding roller (51) is smaller than that of the first grinding roller (41). In the eight-roller Raymond mill, the number of grinding rollers is eight, such that a grinding contact area is increased, a grinding period is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
