Abstract:
The invention relates to an ejection device for food slicing machines, comprising a striker (1), which is positioned with a vertical axis (2) adjacent to the chain frame and has ejection fingers (3) in a comb-like arrangement oriented normally to the axis (2) which protrude into the interstices between the individual chains of the chain frame, and a coupling device (4) which serves to connect the striker (1) to a swivel joint (5) located on the food slicing machine. The coupling device (4) has a receiving bush (6) which tapers conically inwards, has a non-circular cross-section, and has a latching seat (7) in the interior. The striker (1) has on its lower end a conically tapering portion (8), which has a cross-section complementary to the receiving bush (6), so that it can be inserted with a form fit into the receiving bush, and a movable catch (9) provided in the portion (8) located at the lower end can be brought into the release position by means of an actuating element (10) provided at the upper end of the vertical axis (2) of the striker (1) via a push rod (12) mounted in the interior of the vertical axis (2).
