The present invention relates to the technical field of anti-shake photography, and disclosed is an elastic circuit board, comprising: a first board body; at least one first connection part having elasticity, one side of the first connection part extending towards the outer side of the surface of the first board body, and one end of the first connection part being connected to the first board body; and at least one second board body, which is connected to the end of the first connection part away from the first board body, wherein the first board body moves relative to the second board body by at least two axes by means of the first connection part. The first board body is connected to the second board body by means of the first connection part, such that the first connection part has a degree of freedom in a plane where the first board body is located; and the first connection part extends towards the outer side of the surface of the first plate body, such that the first connection part has a degree of freedom enough for rotating in the plane where the first board body is located. By means of the first connection part, the first board body has a multi-axis degree of freedom, a connection mode is simple and reliable, the occupied space is saved, and the machining difficulty and machining costs are reduced.
