Abstract:
The invention discloses an elastic electrical insulator fully-encapsulated dry-type transformer winding structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The dry-type transformer winding structure comprises a central winding column, a plurality of coils which are sequentially connected in series is sleeved on the periphery of the central winding column, the plurality of coils form a winding unit of the transformer, the coils being formed by winding magnetic wires; a plurality of intermediate cushion blocks are arranged between adjacent coils; two ends of the winding unit are respectively provided with a plurality of end cushion blocks, the end cushion blocks being arranged along the periphery of the central winding column; the end cushion blocks, coils, intermediate cushion blocks and central winding column surface are encapsulated by an elastic electrical insulator. According to the invention, the manufacturing difficulty of a winding unit can be simplified, heat dissipation is optimized, and costs are reduced. At the same time, the elastic electrical insulator is effectively filled and fused, and the transformer has good temperature resistance and noise reduction qualities.
