Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an elastic member and a brake. The elastic member is used for a brake. The elastic member comprises: a main body; and a plurality of brake pad return portions, wherein the plurality of brake pad return portions are respectively connected to two sides of the main body, and each of the brake pad return portions is bent relative to the main body and is provided with a brake pad return face to provide a return force for a brake pad of the brake. In this way, the brake pad return face of each of the plurality of brake pad return portions can be in contact with the brake pad more easily, thereby better providing the return force for the brake pad. In addition, the plurality of brake pad return portions are evenly distributed on the two sides of the main body, so that, during a return process of the brake pad, the brake pad can be controlled to return in a parallel manner, thereby improving the return efficiency of the brake pad.
