Abstract:
Provided is an elastic wave device wherein it is possible to inhibit the electromagnetic-coupling between elastic wave element sections. An elastic wave device (1) wherein: a first electrode structure (3) and a second electrode structure (4) are formed on a piezoelectric substrate (2); a first and second elastic wave element section are respectively configured by means of the first electrode structure (3) and the second electrode structure (4); a support frame (11) is formed on the piezoelectric substrate (2) so as to surround the first elastic wave element section and the second elastic wave element section; the support frame (11) has a partitioning wall (11a) which partitions the first elastic wave element section and the second elastic wave element section; and a shield electrode (22) formed from a conductive material is provided to a groove provided to the partitioning wall (11a).
