The present invention relates to the technical field of electric beds, and disclosed is an electric bed, comprising a bed board and a bed frame, the bed board and a wall leaning mechanism being disposed on the bed frame; the bed board comprises: a back portion board, the wall leaning mechanism driving the back portion board to flip relative to the bed frame and simultaneously driving the back portion board to move towards a head portion; and the wall leaning mechanism comprises: a connecting rod assembly and a driver, a tail portion of the back portion board being connected to the head portion of the bed frame by means of the connecting rod assembly, a head portion of the driver being hinged to the bed frame, and a tail portion of the driver being hinged to the connecting rod assembly. In the electric bed, by providing the wall leaning mechanism on the electric bed, the back portion board is driven to flip upwards, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod are both connected to a connecting rod fixing seat and a front frame, so that when rotating, the back portion board carries out wall-leaning and back portion lifting motions under the action of the connecting rod assembly, thus preventing the problem in the existing technology of single-sided wheel derailment and single-side wheel resonance occurring when an up-down sliding rail structure is used.
