Abstract:
This electric brake device comprises: a housing that stores a load sensor 34, and rotatably holds a rotating part of a linear motion conversion mechanism; and a case attached to the housing. The case rotatably holds a transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational motion of an electric motor, and the rotating part of the linear motion conversion mechanism is mechanically engaged with the transmission mechanism. In this electric brake device, an annular first terminal 35, which is disposed around a rotation axis O of the rotating part of the linear motion conversion mechanism as the center, is installed on the load sensor 34, and a second terminal, which is electrically connected to the first terminal 35 by contact with the first terminal 35, is installed in the case.
