Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electric compressor in which an insulation distance between press-fit terminals connecting hermetic pins can be ensured with a relatively simple structure. [Solution] An electric compressor 1 includes: a motor chamber 12 in which an electric motor 2 is built-in; an inverter accommodating section 13 to which an inverter 3 for feeding power to the electric motor 2 is attached; a hermetic plate 52 provided at a partition wall between the motor chamber 12 and the inverter accommodating section 13; and a plurality of press-fit terminals 56 provided on a circuit board 51 of the inverter 3, wherein a hermetic pin 53 of the hermetic plate 52 is connected to each press-fit terminal 56. An insulating cover 61 is provided on the circuit board 51 and located between the press-fit terminals 56.
