Abstract:
An electric control apparatus and an electric control method. The electric control apparatus (10) is used for controlling an inverter (209), which is controlled by a pulse width modulation signal, to provide heating electric energy, which is used for heating a compressor, for a stator winding of an electric motor of the compressor. The electric control apparatus (10) comprises: a power determination unit (101), which determines, on the basis of electricity information related to the inverter, the power of the heating electric energy, as an actual heating power (209); and a power closed-loop controller (103), which generates, on the basis of a preset heating power and the actual heating power, a power control signal which is used for performing closed-loop control on the actual heating power by taking the preset heating power as a reference.
