Abstract:
An electric dental floss, comprising a drive mechanism rotating and swinging a drive shaft (4) around the axis thereof and a floss holding member (3) rotated and swung by the driving of the drive shaft (4) and fitted to the drive shaft. A floss (5) is stretched on the floss holding member (3) in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the drive shaft (4) so as to pass on or near the extension line (A) of the drive shaft (4).
