Abstract:
An electric device for junction having a good sealability, a small size, and a light weight, and its manufacturing method are disclosed. A front cover (6) and a back cover (7) are formed of aluminum alloy by press forming. The front and back covers (6, 7) closely sandwich a board (3) and an electric part (2) comprising an electronic part (4) and a terminal (5). The peripheries (A) of the front and back covers (6, 7) are sealed with a resin body (10) injection-molded. A connector section (10b) where the terminal (5) is exposed is formed at a part of the resin body (10) to establish connection to an external electric component.
