Abstract:
Provided is an electric device that can precisely control the temperature of a housing unit even if the electric device has a plurality of housing units. The electric device 1 has a first cooling pipe 45 provided in a right side surface member 16 that constitutes a side surface of a first housing chamber 9 and a second cooling pipe 46 provided in a left side surface member 17 that constitutes a side surface of a second housing chamber 10. The first cooling pipe 45 and the second cooling pipe 46 are mutually independent. A first heating unit 51 is provided on an external surface of the right side surface member 16 and can heat the first housing chamber 9. A second heating unit 52 is provided on an external surface of the left side surface member 17 and can heat the second housing chamber 10.
