Abstract:
Provided are an electric drive system three-phase terminal block and a vehicle. The electric drive system three-phase terminal block comprises: a controller terminal block (1), a low-voltage pin connection part (3), high-voltage copper posts (4), a magnetic ring (9), a rotary transformer signal connector (7), a temperature signal connector (8) and an electric motor three-phase busbar (10). The controller terminal block (1) is inserted into an electric motor housing (2), and the low-voltage pin connection part (3), high-voltage copper posts (4) and magnetic ring (9) are integrated on the controller terminal block (1). The low-voltage pin connection part (3) and the high-voltage copper posts (4) are respectively integrally injection-molded with the controller terminal block (1), a first end of the low-voltage pin connection part (3) is connected to a control board (6), and a second end of the low-voltage pin connection part (3) passes through the controller terminal block (1) to form a slot (32). The rotary transformer signal connector (7) and the temperature signal connector (8) are respectively inserted into the slot (32) and are connected to the control panel (6). The tail ends of the high-voltage copper posts (4) penetrate out of the controller terminal block (1) to form copper bar connecting parts (41), and the magnetic ring (9) is sleeved on the periphery of the high-voltage copper posts (4). The electric motor three-phase busbar (10) is fixedly connected to the copper bar connection parts (41), and the electric motor three-phase busbar (10) is connected to the temperature signal connector (8).
