Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric dust-collecting filter manufacturing method and an electric dust-collecting filter manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: a preparing step for preparing a frame body, a dust-collecting electrode, a discharge electrode, and a discharge frame; a dust-collecting electrode assembling step for assembling the dust-collecting electrode into an assembly hole of the frame body; a discharge frame mounting step for connecting the discharge frame to the frame body via an insulating member; and a discharge electrode assembling step for arranging the discharge electrode in an axial direction inside the dust-collecting electrode via the discharge frame and fixing the same, wherein the dust-collecting electrode assembling step comprises: an inserting process for temporarily elastically deforming the dust-collecting electrode in the radial direction and inserting the same into the assembly hole of the frame body; and a finishing process for pressurizing end parts of both ends of the dust-collecting electrode (5), which protrude out of a plate member when fitted into the assembly hole, in the axial direction such that the end parts are compressed against the surface of the plate member, thereby forming an edge portion. Accordingly, there is no need to weld the dust-collecting electrode to the plate member, making it possible to simply finish the assembly of the dust-collecting electrode and to make the dust-collecting electrode slim and lightweight, and the efficiency of assembling and fabricating the dust-collecting filter can be consequently improved substantially even if a large number of dust-collecting electrodes are used.
