Abstract:
The present Invention is designed with 13 deferent type of method and increase in different ratio in ascending order. The present Invention driven with different type of Electric Motor, (like Squirrel cage induction motor, Traction motor, Permanent Magnet motor, Brushless DC motor etc.), The electric motor directs the input shaft which rotates Internal parts of specially devel-oped gear box, which have three output shaft, one is useful for regenerating the electric pow-er into DC form (as per requirement), 2nd output shaft coupled to pressure pump which directs water turbine in to the liquid repository and providing stream of liquid and rotates turbine's pro-peller which gives propels to main shaft (third output shaft of gear box) which aligned on third main output shaft after centrifugal air blower, which also support to propel main shaft of In-vented device, which are connected with main invented device and or powered by off grid So-lar array system with 3 different type of specially developed Gearbox, perpetual based Fly-wheel, and Generator which produced electricity in augment form.

I claim

1 ) Invented electric energy augmenter assembly device have different 1 to13 method to obtain an optimum power generation in electric energy augment form, i.e. low input si ngle phase 230 volt 50 Hz. electric supply given as input which furnish 3 phase 415-430 volt 50Hz / 60 Hz in ratio starting from 1 :3 to 1 : 100 and more for generating electric power in augment form.

Transcendent inventive concept of electric energy augmenter assembly device having plurality of components comprising in method 1 to 13.

A three phase squirrel cage induction motor with a combined variation of voltage, frequency and rpm to gather at supported by frequency inverter for 3phase (IP 55) (flange type & foot type), Specially develop reduction gear box type -1 with 1 : 4.6-OR, 1 : 5 ratio, Centrifugal air blower, fabricated water turbine, perpetual based balanced flywheel radial flux / Axial flux permanent magnet generator or Brushless AC generator, Solar photo voltaic panels, Charge Controller, DC to AC Inverter, protection panel system, fabricated specially develop different type reduction gear - Box type 2 and type 3, with servo motor, BLDC motor, PMG motor, traction motor are used for effective generating electric power in augment form.

b) SDRGB assembly as claimed in claim - 2 wherein the outer body part material selected from the group consisting of Aluminium alloy, superalloys or the like which may be cast iron alloys based. c) SDRGB mechanism adapted to establish kinetic energy flow and further adapted to simultaneously drive shaft and spindle.

d) SDRGB -1 as claimed in claim 2 wherein said gear box comprising internal assembly mechanism comprising cast iron / m.s. flywheel, spur gear, worm gear and variable gear assembly, ZZ type self-lubricating bearing, Roller taper bearing, gunmetal bushing, spindle, outer flange, hard steel bolt, spring washer, oil seal, seal packing for outer case of SDRGB engine oil,

In recent years the need for alternative sources of electrical energy has grown significantly as a result of increased and uncertainty in oil prices, growing environmental concerns and the lack of sufficient alternative energy supplies. Accordingly, Hydro generator (turbines), wind generator, Solar generator, CNG generator, Biogas generator, nuclear Generator, fossil fuel based generator, etc systems have gained support as an alternate energy source. Electric Energy Augmenter have been shown to provide a safe and clean source of electric power generation. The generated energy can directly utilize or can be stored for the further requirement. By using the present invention minimum to maximum energy can generated which can be used to run continuously without consuming any conventional energy from small mobile to airplane, truck (automobile), submarine, railway and many more. The present invention works on the principal of perpetual motion gravity and buoyancy force due to attraction and reaction of magnetism force.

These texts about electric Fish that were known as thunders of the Nile and defenders of other fish so the earliest discovery electricity recorded in history was in the form of bio electricity. In about 600 BC, the Ancient Greek philosopher Thales of Miletus discovered that rubbing fur on amber (fossilize tree resin) caused an attraction between the two-and so, what the Greek Discovered was actually static electricity.

Electricity generation is the process of generating electric energy (power) from other sources of primary energy (or say forms of energy). English physician William Gilbert (24 may 1544-30 november1603) was physicist and natural philosopher. 1) Steam / Thermal Power station :

A steam/thermal power station we put fire to coal in the furnace, water gets heated and thereafter gets converted into steam, due to steam heat energy generated from burning coal to produce electrical energy. This type of power station are widely used around the world. This power station uses the Rankin cycle. This is the cycle of steam produced in the boiler, then taken to the steam turbine (prime mover). From the turbine the steam is cooled backed to water in the condenser, the resulting water is feedback in to the boiler the repeat the cycle. Because of the abundance of fuel (coal), this kind of power station can be used to produce large amount of electrical energy. Compering to Input supply mass (Kg) and Calorific value we gets 40% output efficiency.

Where 5% efficiency out of 40% is used as an auxiliary power consumption in power plant say for example coal supply to furnace with help of conveyor, hot water which comes out from heat exchanger and sent to cooling tower and again passed through condenser and again back feed for generating steam, for process & circulation of water this 5% of efficiency is used. So an average almost 35% output efficiency we get from Coal(steam) base power Generation. 2) Hydro (Water base) Power Generation.:·

A hydro power station uses potential energy of water at high level for generating electrical energy. This power station is generally located in the hilly areas where dams can built conveniently and large water reservoirs can be obtained. These kind of power station can be used to produce large amount of electrical energy. The water from the dam is lead to the water turbine through the penstock. Here hydraulic energy of flowing water is converted into rotational me- chanical energy by the turbine. The turbine is connected to the generator through the turbine shaft and hence mechanical energy is converted in to electrical energy by the generator.

For generating Electricity through Hydro power generation following important factors are taken in to the consideration.

a) Height of the water head.

3) Diesel Power Generation. Or Furness oil base Power Generation.

Generally Diesel power Generator are compact and thus can be located where it is required. Diesel power generator are generally produce limited amounts of electrical energy, so Diesel power generators used as Stand-by power station means used as in emergency power generation during power failure. Diesel engine are used as prime mover, Diesel Engine is connected with Alternator/ Generator Shaft, The diesel burns inside the engine and the combustion takes place, where heat gets generated which gives momentum to piston which is connected with crank shaft which generates mechanical energy which moves engine shaft(energy of motion, means revolving energy) which is coupled with Alternator / Generator, so mechanical energy gets converted in to electrical energy.

Crude and other heavy oil and can also be used to fuel gas turbines if they are first heated to reduce their viscosity to a level suitable for burning in the turbine combustion chambers.

A photovoltaic cell, commonly called a solar or PV, An electric device is a technology used to convert solar energy directly into electricity. Solar power plants use the sun’s rays to produce electricity. A photovoltaic cell is usually made from silicon alloys. Particles of solar energy, known as photons, strike the surface of a photovoltaic cell between two semiconductors. These semiconductors exhibit a property known as the photoelectric effect, which cause them to absorb the protons and release electrons. The electrons are captured in the form of an electric current in other words, electricity.

Generally PV (Photo Voltaic) cell produce between to 3.33 watt to 5.41.5 watt depending upon the design of solar panel by manufacturer. Generally solar panel having numbers of PV modules on base of rated output produces12 Volt DC power like 150 - 160 watt and 250 -300 watts and 325 watt in standard test conditions and their standard sizes are varies slightly, Most of companies manufactured solar panels in standard sizes. Their size are 65” inches(1650mm) x 39” (990mm) which produce almost 240 to 260 watts or 77” (1960mm) x 39” inches(990mm) produces electricity between the 300 to 325 watts output in DC current. This photovoltaic cell are and photovoltaic charge controller is the main key component for solar power generation for off-grid or on line-grid generation system and through charge controller generated power stored in to the battery which is converted into AC form with help of DC to AC Inverter. It can track the maximum power point and its stores by transferring energy to various type of battery like Dry Battery (maintenance free) or Liquid Battery. Generally 70% to 75% efficiency we get from generated solar energy (Electricity) in prime sunlight condition in to DC current form. There are two types of solar systems used

1 ) Off line grid solar system and 2) On line grid system.

Parabola-shaped reflectors to focus the rays at 30 to 100 times its normal intensity. Solar collectors capture and concentrate sunlight to heat a synthetic oil called terminal, which then heats water to create steam. The generated electric energy in DC form through running train stored into the Battery, By using the same stored electric energy is only for use of fans, lights and for Air conditioners as well as air circulation pumps etc. 25kw 110 volt DC generator are used, Here Input power supply of Electric locomotive Engine Is (25000kw Volt Single Phase) is high and power generated through running train in DC form are low, Type of cell used for storing electricity is Nickel cadmium (Nicd). No. of Battery Box-2. Average battery cell in battery box is - 3. And all battery box contain an average 13 nos. of battery an average voltage of cell is 1.4 volt. So Total battery voltage is 1.4 x 3 x 26 =1 10 volt (Approx.) So general total capacity of battery is 199 Amp / hr. i.e. 1 10 volt 7.5 kw is low compared to railway engine’s Input. But if number of compartment are increased by 22 or 24 then stored DC power into battery accumulate. (22 coach x 7.5 kw x 2nos. = 330kw in DC form OR if 24 coach x 7.5kw x 2nos = 360 kw) can possible to run electric engine, but all compartment are also required electric energy for use of tube lights, fans Air conditioners so accumulated electric energy is not sufficient. But to run Electric locomotive Engine with the help of stored DC power in to battery i.e. Input of 110 volt DC 15kw is highly impossible, When Electric engine start pulling 22/24 coaches it draws high torque, In 1 st knoch (Geared) It draws maximum current due to high torque, then in 2 nd knoch it draws less current compared to 1 knoch due to motion, In 3 rd knoch it consume again less power compared to 1 st & 2 nd knoch due to speed up, and in 4 th knoch it consume again less current to compared to 1 st 2 nd and 3rd , Generally Maximum continuous power rating for passenger train engine between 5100 HP to 5300 HP, (but it depend lesser or higher load as per different model of railway engine) But present Invention will help to run Electric Engine with low Input of 1 10 volt DC, 15 kw OR 1 10volt DC 45kw OR 7.5 kw solar power.

As we know our Indian railway have different class of electric locomotive engines for Passengers and Freight like (WAM4, WAG5, WAP4, WAP5, WAP7, WCAM2, WAP1 , WAP3, WA7, WAG9, WCAM1 Having capacity of 2610 HP tO 6350 HP and speed capacity from 80 KMPH to 140 KMPH) railway engines are almost a one kind of small substations. So Electric engine require huge qty of electric power. Hence by using this Invention Electric Energy augmenter, compared to actual very low power is require to run railway engine with an average weight load of 38 - 48 tonnes /bogie x 22 to 24 passenger coaches. Or 50nos. of goods caring wagons with load of an average weight load of 29 to 32 tonnes/wagon. No pantograph or overhead(OHES) wire line system require.

Input source of power supply to this invention can be through Diesel Engine OR Battery which are fitted at bottom of railway compartments (Bogies) where DC power is generated through running train and generated solar power stored into the Battery(off grid), By using the Inverter/ converter functioning like UPS where inverter having grid connectivity as well as auto switching facility, as an example Direct Current (DC) power can be converted into Alternate Cur- rent(AC), where during day Hrs electric Energy generated through solar panels as well as Electric Energy generated by running train through DC Dynamos (Alternator) are stored in to the battery, by using converter / Inverter (DC supply change in to AC supply) connected through this battery power supply this Invention Railway Engine can also run. So no need of OHES (overhead electric supply) system. Generally for use of power through OHES system huge qty of coal and hydro carbon are require can save for generating high power for grid so these is also Unique and novel.

To produce Electricity through Alternator, turbines DC motors, Dynamo OR Generators etc. Where input is mechanical energy driven to the shaft through coupling or pulley-Belt connected to shaft of generator through we produce A/C or D/C electric energy, or Impeller mounted on turbine shaft and Blades attached to rotor of wind mill which is coupled to main shaft of gear box and generator assembly, as a result output we get generated electricity (electric energy) which can also known as“created energy.” But the till the date no any process or equipment/ apparatus is found or known by which electric energy can be converted back into mechanical energy and the same mechanical energy can be converted back into electric energy (except railway Engine / Boggy process is almost equivalent, But here In railway engine and boggy case Input Electric Energy is very high, i.e. single phase in overhead wire line come into contact with Pantograph Installed at top through engine is 25000kw volt which is converted in to three phase AC (max 2180 Volt, Between 65 to 182 Hz) with the help of step down transformer, rectifier and other instrumentation’s means being as a considering small substation in railway engine which runs with boggy an average load of between 35 to 39 ton / coach, which generates 1 10 volt DC x 15 kw (7.5 x 2) current during running wheel on track, So generated power stored into battery is very low in comparisons of Input supply. Means here Input is single phase AC energy is very high and output electric power is in DC form is very less .i.e. 1 10 volt).

But till the date no any process or equipment is found or known by which electric energy can be converted back into mechanical energy and the same mechanical energy can be converted back into electric energy and so on in a Augment in continuous form where Input is single phase.(low input & convert back in to high output in three Phase in AC (Alternate current) or in DC(Direct current) form. We can calculate the resistance of motor by measuring the consumed current and applied voltage. For any given resistance (in the motor it is basically the resistance of the coil) this formula explains that the current can be controlled by applied voltage. The consumed electric power of the motor is defined by the following formula.

Electric motor speed and torque - the turning force of the motor. Output mechanical power of the motor could be calculated by using the following formula:

It is easy to calculate angular speed if you know rotational speed of the motor in rpm.

If motor has 100% efficiency all electrical power is converted to mechanical energy. Measuring the torque of motor is a challenging task.

Efficiency of the motor is calculated as mechanical output power divided by electrical.

Measure current, Voltage and rpm. Now by Calculating the torque for this load at the speed 2880 we know efficiency of the motor.

Maximum Efficiency of motor which occurs only at a certain speed.

Say Efficiency of motor is 30%

Example : speed is 2880 rpm, voltage 220 and current is 1.5 amp

T=(1.5 *220 *30) / (2880 *2 * 3.14)

T = 9900 /18086.4 =0.5473726 N*m

As the result is small usually it is expressed in mili Newton meters (mN*m), There is 1000 mN*m in mN*m 1 N m so calculated torque is 547.3726m N*m It could be also converted fur- ther to still common gram force centimetres. (g-cm) by multiplying the result by 10.2 i.e. the torque is 5.5832.

In this example Input electrical power of the motor is 1.5 amp x 220v=330 w, Output mechanical power is 2880rpm x 2 x 3.14 x 0.547373N*m/60 =165 watt motor torque changes with the speed. At no load we get maximum speed and 0 torque. Load adds mechanical resistance. The motor starts to consume more current to overcome this resistance and the speed gets decreases. If you increase the load at some extent motor stops (this is called stall). When it occurs the torque graph is at maximum and it is called stall torque.

While voltage, current and speed could be accurately measured, efficiency of the motor may not correct. It depends on the accuracy of the assembly, sensor position, friction, alignment of the motor, Gear Box, generator axis etc. Speed , torque, power and efficiency of the motor are not constant values. Usually the manufacturer provides us data like mansion below. Model, Voltage- operating range and nominal. No load speed in rpm and current (A) ,at maximum efficiency speed in rpm& current in A, Torque mN*m, g-cm output watt. Efficiency of the motor is not a number, It is a graph, It could be anything from 0 to maximum efficiency. Usually maximum efficiency is what manufacturer specify for motor at optimal speed. Small DC motor usually have maximum efficiency of 50-60%. depending on the type of the load, the output shaft of the motor is subjected to radial. The permissible radial load on the motor shaft can be calculated with the following formula.

One horse power = 550 ft foot pounds per seconds = 33000 ft.lb. per minute = 746 kw =746 watts, Brake horse - power (BHP) is the net effective mechanical horse power available at the pulley or coupling of a motor, i.e. the actual horse- power available after all losses in the motor, it self-have been deducted.

The efficiency of a motor = power output / power input.

The power factor is usually taken at 0.8 (as an around figure) but this varies with the size and speed of motor. The efficiency varies from 85 per cent. In small motors to 90 per cent and over in large motors. The current I required to supply a three phase motor at full load is = BHP x 746 x 100 / 1.732 x E x % efficiency of motor x power factor.

Where E is the voltage between phase.

Electric motors are rated in two ways - continuous rating and short - time rating. Unless otherwise stated, the rating is continuous But in the case of Railway and crane motors, which under intermittent service and where heavy drafts of current are followed by coasting or standstill which allow the motor to cool, the short time rating is also stated.

This short - time rating is usually the Horse- power, the motor is built to deliver for one hour only, without danger.

For instance, a railway motor with 50h.p. short -time rating will deliver 50 h.p. for one hour without dangerous temperature rise, but might be good for, say, only 30h.p.continuously. Similarly, where a 200 hp load say is to be handled only occasionally and for short periods a much smaller motor than 200 hp continuous rating is used and in such a case, the motor is given short- time rating, such as 200h.p.for ten minutes. From this is follows that the size of the cable required to supply a motor also depends on the rating of the motor, i.e. on the continuous or intermittent nature of the load.

The formulas and calculations which appear below should be used for estimating purpose only. It specify the required motor HP, Torque, and accelerating time for the application.

At 1200 rpm a motor develops a 4.5 Ib.ft per hp.

Equivalent Inertia

In mechanical systems, all rotating parts do not usually operate at the same speed, Thus we need to determine the“ equivalent inertia” of each moving part at a particular speed of the prime mover.

The total equivalent WK 2 for a system is the sum of the WK 2 of each part, referenced to prime mover speed.

The equation says ! WK 2 EQ = WK 2 part( Npart / N prime mover) 2

This equation becomes a common denominator on which other calculations can be based.

For variable - speed devices, inertia should be calculated first at low speed.

Let’s look at a simple system which has a prime mover (PM), reduction gear (reducer) and a load.

2) How much energy will produce by modules(panel)over a period of time?

Selection of solar power modules is based on total load consumption per hrs multiply by 24 hrs. Here we take an examples of off grid system say a continues connected load of 1.5 kw (1500 watts) so this will consider as watts per hrs. i.e. 1500 wh so for 24 hrs we require = 24 x 1500 equal to= 36,000 watts per 24 hrs. means 36 kwh, so total 36 kw panel we require. Now we select 325 watt panel then we require 36000 / 325 =1 10.769 then almost 1 1 1 panel. Now if we select 300 watt panel then we require 36000 / 300=120, means 120 panel require.

So looking to this invented invention ratio of 1 :5 then 36 / 1.5= 7.2 kw (7200 watts) so we select 300 watt panel require 24 panel.

Now if we select ratio of 1 :10 device, then we will calculate 36 / 10 =3.6kw.(3600 watt. So we select 300 watt panel, i.e. 3600/300 we require 12 panel of 300 watt means 3.6 kw can pro- duce1.5 kw (1500)watt produce for 24 hrs multiply by10 equal to = 1.5 kw (1500watt) x 24hrs x 10 = 360 kw (36000)produce. So this invented invention is novel.

3) Selection of Inverter.

Now we take an example of inverter, generally concept of inverter is low DC volt input which converts into AC volt. Means if we give 12 volt DC from battery it delivers almost 72 volt/1 10 volt AC depends upon 1C selection and other components used in electronic circuit and we select 24 volt DC from battery then it delivers 220 -230 volt AC,

Now there are two type of inverter available 1 ) Hybrid Inverter and 2) sine wave Inverter.

For on line grid system inverter works as UPS, means when you get solar power during day time from solar inverter convert DC to AC. And the moment DC supply get starts reducing it switch over on grid line means we get power during night hrs from grid, so it works as UPS system. So we have taken calculation of solar panel for off grid system we require Inverter for DC supply to AC supply so it can called as converter also. Where all DC voltage and current converts into AC supply.

4) How much energy can batery store?

Means for battery selection, Battery capacity is measured in Amp Hours (e.g.) we need to convert this to Watt per Hours by multiplying the AH figure by the Battery voltage ( generally battery available in 12 volts only, e.g. by adding in series connection voltage get increase, means 12V 150Ah battery multiply into 4 nos. , So result will be 48 V 150AH, where by Battery adding in parallel connection voltage remain same and ampere gets increase i.e. 12 V - 150 Ah battery multiply into 4 nos. so result will be 12v and Amp will be 600).

Now we take an example.

X (Battery size in AH) x Y (Battery Voltage) = Z (power available in watt Hours.).

For a 20Ah, 12 v battery the watt Hour figure is 20 (x) x12 (Y) = 240WAH (z)

This means the Battery will supply 240 Watt for 1 hours if we consume 120W per hr then battery will sustain for 2 Hours i.e. if load increase then and energy consume from battery, the battery gets fast discharge automobile battery are not permitted, Tubular Lead acid battery’s will give around 60% of their rated power, (i.e. a 150Ah Battery has 90Ah of usable power)

Li-ion battery’s will give you around 80% of their rated power (i.e. a 10Ah battery has 8 Ah of usable power.

How much energy will consume over a period of time? Say the power consumption of appliances/ an equipment is generally given in watts. To calculate the energy will use over a time, just multiply the power consumption by the hours of i ntended use .Say 2000 watt for 2 hours, will take 2000 x 2 = 4000WH from Battery.

2000 watt for 24 hours will take 2000 x 24 = 48000 WH per day.

In another optional exemplarism illustration of the electric energy augmenter (122) is shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6 whereby the power activated device CPB (121 ) comprises various components that may be utilized for protective system(not shown in fig.) preferred embodiment of the EEF(122) system referred to drawing 2, 4 and 6 is a EFSCIM-3 (06) contour on foundation frame to drive 1 st Input shaft of SDRGB - 1 driven by EFSCIM - 3 (06) shaft to rotate internal parts of SDRGB-1. with the help of pully - V belt. (33). Such as the 1 st input shaft of SDRGB - 1 produce rotation of the internal energy of mechanically coupled FW(35), and SGA(61 ) contour on spindles, whereby rotation of energy transfer to 3 rd output shaft of SDRGB-1 to operates to perform one or more of the functions of the EEA(122) can provide electric power in augment form. In preferred embodiment PMFW -1 (36) incorporate with LJC(31 ) to rotate PMFW-1 (36)embed on RFPMG(49) shaft assembly, which operates to generate electric power in augment form in ratio of 1 :5 to 1 :8 (refer Brief description page 37-38) when actuated by rotational of the drive shaft. It should be understood that as used herein the term EEA (122). We need only single phase1.5kw 230 volt 50 Hz. OR for producing 500 kw we need only 1.5 kw single phase AC supply or can be produce by single phase, 1.5 kw. Where diesel engine Input is high and Output is low i.e. in ratio of between 1.3 : 1 , or 1.4 :1 where in this thoughtfully designed invented mechanism of EEA Input is low where output is high. And if we use diesel or kerosene based generator to obtain electric energy of 1 (single) phase, 1.5 kw (2HP) 230 volt 50Hz then we require 2.5BHP Engine, so comparing to this with DG set very low quantity fuel require. So this is also unique and Novel.

1 1 ) Where Say an example for producing an Electric power through solar photovoltaic module for 24 hrs. i.e. 3 phase 7.5 Kilowatt (kw) 0.8 pf(9.375kva-10 horse power) 415-440 volt AC 10.5 ampere per phase, huge qty of photovoltaic (PV) panels and 1 phase input and 3 phase output inverter are required. Means If we select 300 watt (0.3kwh - 8.28 amp) panel then for producing 7500watt ,3 phase almost 25 panels are require per hrs so for calculating 24 hrs, 600nos panels of 300watt require 36 kw power plantfUnfortunately solar panels don’t generate a steady stream of electricity all day), Where we select 325 watt panel then almost 23 panel are require for producing 1 hrs and for 24 hrs it require 23 x 24 = 552 panel require. So looking to this invention, for producing 1.5 kw solar energy by selecting 300 watt panel we require 120 panels (1.5 kwh x 24=36 kwh), where we select 325 watt panel then we require 111 panels (36.075kw) for producing 24 hrs. similar way storage of battery also require less for off grid. Means comparing to above 552 panels to 600 panels we need between1 11 or 120panel and according battery require.
