The present invention relates to an electric fan unit and an electric fan assembly having same, which are capable of using a normal electric fan as an air cleaner by means of only a simple method for replacing fan blades and, specifically, are capable of resolving the problem of an overheated motor head, which can occur when a fan unit formed in a structure that differs from the fan blades is mounted on and used in an electric fan motor. The electric fan unit according to the present invention is a fan unit, which is mounted in the electric fan, and comprises: a lower disc having a first air inlet formed therethrough; an upper disc having a second air inlet formed therethrough; a dust collecting filter disposed along the circumference of the lower disc or the upper disc between the lower disc and the upper disc; and a fastening member for connecting the lower disc or the upper disc to the electric fan motor. In addition, the first air inlet and the second air inlet are formed so as to satisfy the following condition equation 1. Condition equation 1 0 ≤ K2 ≤ K1×85% (Here, K1 is the total area of a first air inlet, and K2 is the the total area of a second air inlet)
