Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric flame cooker, comprising: a housing assembly; a burner assembly, the burner assembly comprising a burner housing and a plasma assembly, the burner housing being disposed on the housing assembly, and the plasma assembly being disposed on the burner housing; a transformer assembly, the transformer assembly being disposed on the housing assembly and/or the burner assembly, the transformer assembly being electrically connected to the plasma assembly, and the transformer assembly being used for supplying power to the plasma assembly; and a control assembly, the control assembly being electrically connected to the transformer assembly. According to the electric flame cooker disclosed by the present application, the control assembly cooperates with the transformer assembly to supply high-voltage power to the burner assembly, such that when the control assembly controls the transformer assembly to operate, the plasma assembly acts on an external pot body or plasma components interact with each other to break down air to generate plasmas, and the external pot body is heated by means of heat generated by the generated plasmas, thereby achieving stable heating.
