Abstract:
An electric-heating radiant tube temperature control device and a control method therefor. The control device comprises at least one electric-heating radiant tube (1) extending inside a thermal treatment furnace for heat dissipating, and further comprises a first thermocouple (2) provided inside the electric-heating radiant tube (1); a second thermocouple (3) embedded into a tube wall of the electric-heating radiant tube (1); and a third thermocouple (4) provided at a working area of the heat treatment furnace. The first thermocouple (2), the second thermocouple (3), and the third thermocouple (4) are electrically connected to a temperature controller, respectively. The temperature controller controls the on and off of a power supply of the electric-heating radiant tube (1) by means of a PID algorithm according to the temperature monitored by each thermocouple, thereby precisely controlling the temperature of each stage of the thermal treatment furnace. By utilizing the own-heating structure of the radiant tube, the temperature control device provided by the present invention reduces the heat transfer loop and the heat resistance of the radiant tube, improves the heating efficiency and rate, and prolongs the service life; moreover, by adopting the temperature control method provided by the present invention, the stability, uniformity, precision and sensitivity of the detected furnace temperature signal can be guaranteed.
