Abstract:
This electric hydraulic actuator comprises: a motor 3 that outputs rotational power; an external gear pump 7 actuated by the motor; a hydraulic actuator 5 activated by pressurized working fluid supplied by the external gear pump; a manifold block 6 with a built-in flow path that constitutes a working fluid circuit of the hydraulic actuator; a first section that houses the motor; a second section that houses the external gear pump, the hydraulic actuator, and a reservoir; and a connecting part 2 that connects the first section and the second section in a liquid-tight state. The connecting part has a connecting hole 21 that connects the first section and the second section, a rotating shaft 31 of the motor and a drive shaft 71 of the external gear pump are linked in the connecting hole, and the external gear pump is attached to the connecting part while being housed in the manifold block.
