Abstract:
Electric ignition with linear breaking of commutating current. The commutating circuit (fig. 1) is a series connection of the supply voltage (1), the primary winding of the ignition coil (2) with supersaturated characteristic, the conductive coupling (3) and the transistorized switch (4) with tripping characteristic (t1-t2). Application for cars or motorcycles.

Claims:
CLAIMS
1. The electric ignition with linear breaking of commutating current has commutating circuit in series interconnection the supply voltage, the primary winding of ignition coil, the conductive coupling, switch transistorized and operatig cicuit assembled from the indicator of position of rotating object, the control circuit, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that in section of commutating circuit is in the series connected with primary winding of ignition coil (2) with magnetic core in saturated state overhead the level of reversible process with the characteristic supersaturated with the steepness dB/dH unnull over the conductive coupling (3) of the attendant of connection commutating capacitor the switch (4) transistorized with the tripping characteristic advantageous satureted and necessary in section linear with the steepness dl/dt negative. A connection as claimed in Claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the switch (4) transistorized is in the modification of connection, so that by the emitter E of transistor is connected the auxiliary transistor and the resistor R with the value unnull. A connection as claimed in Claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the switch (4) transistorized is in modification of connection, so that by the emitter E of transistor is connected the mechanical breaker and the resistor R with the value unnull to infinity.
Description:
THE ELECTRIC IGNITION WITH LINEAR BREAKING OF COMMUTATING CURRENT.

Technical field.

The invention is conserned about electric ignition for explosion engines with ignition of the mixure by electric spark.

Simultaneous state.

Up to now is know that the electric ignition do not reach at the same time : the considerable steepness of induced voltage and sufficient enlarge of ignition impulse, what is a disadvantage.

For example at the battery ignition and the hithero existing of transistorized ignition it is dow to first of all useing the commutating capacitor in commutating circuit.

Background.

The disadvantage introduced above remove the electric ignition with linear breaking of commutating current according the invention, which background is, that in section of commutating circuit is in the series connected with primary winding of ignition coil with magnetic core in saturated state above the level of reversible process with the characteristic supersaturated with the steepness dB/dH unnull over the conductive coupling with the attendant of connection commutating capacitor the switch transistorized with the tripping characteristic advantageous saturated and necessary in section linear with the steepness dl/dt negative.

By linear breaking of the commutating current according to the law about electromagnetic induction will be induced voltage of ignition impulse with maximum steepness dU/dt and saturing of magnetic core above the level of reversible process with advantage after the elbow the characteristic of induction B / intensity H is reached the relaxation all energy into one impulse.

Advantages.

The advantage of this solucion is, that all is directioned to the reach the maximum steepness dU/dt and bigger energy of the ignition impulse, what is necceεsary for the reach the low consuption of the fuel, the lowering harmful sobstance especially at poor mixures and there are others advantages.

FIGURE 1 shows the example of connection according to invention.

FIGURE 2 shows the characteristc supersaturated the ignition coil with magnetic core. There is marked advantageous position of the point P(H,B), the level of reversible process is marked Bl , the elbow of characteristic B/H is marked B2.

FIGURE 3 shows the transistorized tripping characteristic. There is marked the section to - tl , what is advantageous corresponded to saturated state of transistor by the course of commutating current I . In section tl - t2 is the behavior of commutating current I linear with the steepness dl/dt negative.

FIGURE 4 shows the behavior of ignition impulse.

FIGURE 5 shows the modification of connection of the switch transistorized with auxiliary transistor and with the resistor.

FIGURE 6 shows the modification of connection of the switch transistorized with mechanical breaker and with the resistor.

Example of connection according to invention.

The electric ignition with linear breaking of commutating current according FIG.l has commutating circuit in series interconnection of supply 1 voltage, the primary winding ignition coil 2 with characteristic supersaturated, the conductive coupling 3 of attendant of connection commutating capacitor, the switch 4 transistorized with tripping characteristic neccessary in section linear. The operating circuit for control of commutating current I over the switch 4 transistorized is

assembled from the indicator 6 of position of rotating object and from control circuit 5.

Magnetic core of ignition coil 2 is by course commutating current I in saturated state, necessary above the level of reversible process with advantage after the elbow characteristic induction B / intensity H with steepness dB/dH unnull, what is characteristic supersaturated, see FIG.2.

The transistor of switch 4 transistorized is the course of commutating current I advantageous in saturated state and by breaking current in time to , according FIG.3, is tripping characteristic in section tl - t2 necessary linear and according to the law about electromagnetic induction is know : by linear breaking commutating current I in primary windig of ignition coil 2 with characteristic supersaturated will be inductioned the voltage, of ignition impulse, with maximum steepness dU/dt. And ai the same time should be know : if magnetic core is in saturated state above the level reversible process then all accumulating magnetic energy is released by inertia and by connection commutating circuit, according to law.

By this is reaced the released approximately all energy into one impulse, what is marked on FIG.4.

This behavior might be different, could be by modifications connection of the switch 4 transistorized according FIG.5, FIG.6.

Industrial utility.

The connection according the invention they are possible to be used for the electric ignition to the explosion engines, first of all for cars.

This would be good also for the motorcycles.
