Linear motion of an output member can be smoothly guided even if the lateral moment acts on the output member having linear motion; and the rotational torque of a rotation shaft can be transmitted stably to each planetary roller without preloading each planetary roller with a negative clearance between the outer diameter surface of the rotation shaft and the inner diameter surface of an outer ring member. Motion is restricted to the axial direction of a carrier (6) supporting planetary rollers (7). The rotation of an outer ring member (5) internally fitted to enable sliding in the axial direction on the inner diameter surface of a cylindrical part (1a) of a housing (1) is stopped by a key (25) in a linked object to be driven. The outer ring member (5) is the output member under linear motion. Each planetary roller (7) rotatably supported at the inner diameter surface on each support pin (6c) of the carrier (6) exerts force toward the interior in the radial direction by means of a reduced diameter ring spring (21) wrapped around so that each support pin (6c) is enveloped, and each planetary roller (7) exerts a pushing force on the outer diameter surface of a rotation shaft (4).
