An electric machine comprised of a barrel (7) with a shaft (8) on which is mounted an armature and a first and second inductance coil (10), as well as at least two additional inductance coils (10) plugged into a collector (11). The electric machine further contains a stator in the form of a magnetic conductor. The armature is comprised of at least eight segments (9), the first four of which are positioned at a given angle with respect to the remaining four. The conducting element of all the inductance coils (10) is situated at a 90� angle with respect to their axes of rotation, and each coil (10) is situated between two segments (9) of the armature that are joined by a magnetic conductor element (13). The stator is comprised of eight magnetic conductor segments (3). Each of the segments (3) represents a part of the cylinder, which is designed like an arc with a 90� angle. Two segments (3) located opposite to the shaft (8) are situated at a 90� angle with respect to the two sequentially placed segments (3). A dielectric element is situated between the neighboring pairs of segments (9) of the armature and coil.
