Abstract:

[Problem] The invention addresses the problem of providing an electric makeup tool, which, in addition to being able to apply powdered cosmetics in a short time without soiling the hands, makes possible movements that differ from manual makeup manipulation by virtue of being electric, provides a cosmetic finish superior to manual application, and feels good when applied to the skin, a feeling that could not be obtained in the past. [Solution] A makeup brush that reciprocally oscillates the applicator part, which is obtained by bundling brush hairs, by means of an electric driving unit in the direction that the brush hairs are oriented, and that applies makeup with the applicator part by tapping the tips of the brush hairs on the skin. The electric makeup brush is characterized in that the reciprocal oscillation amplitude is 2-10 mm, the reciprocal oscillation frequency is 3-50 Hz, and the length of the brush hairs is 15-30 mm.
