Provided are an electric measuring device and a manufacturing method thereof which enable electrically connecting the circuit substrate and the terminals of a measuring instrument main body without soldering and which enable reducing of the number of manufacturing steps. This electric measuring device is provided with: a circuit substrate (14) which positions a stepping motor (11) and is provided with pass-through terminal areas (14b) which pass completely through said substrate and have a conductive portion for electrical connection with the stepping motor (11); a case member (12) of the electric component (11), provided with retaining and fixing units formed passing through the extension line of the pass-through terminal areas (14b); and a connection terminal member (15) which is press-fitted into the pass-through terminal areas (14b) of the circuit substrate (14) from the retaining and fixing units and which comprises insertion crimping parts (15c) inserted into the pass-through terminal areas (14b) and crimped in the conductive portion to form an electrical connection between the stepping motor (11) and the circuit substrate (14), fixing holding units (15b) inserted into and fixed in the retaining and fixing units to fix the stepping motor (11) to the circuit substrate (14), and main body connecting units (15a) connected in a conductive state with the stepping motor (11).
