Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electric mobile charging vehicle. The charging vehicle is provided with: one charging interface; a first energy-storage battery; a second energy-storage battery, and a power battery. The charging interface is configured to connect selectively only to one of the first energy-storage battery, the second energy-storage battery, and the power battery when charging the charging vehicle itself. The mobile charging vehicle of the present invention and a charging and discharging method based on the mobile charging vehicle, by providing the power battery same as the energy-storage batteries, allow the use of one charging interface for charging the power battery and the energy-storage batteries, and simplify an operation process and system structure, thus saving costs.
