Abstract:
The present application relates to an electric motor and an assembly method for an electric motor. The electric motor comprises: a shaft system which comprises a first shaft, a second shaft coaxially arranged at the inner periphery of the first shaft, and a bearing arranged between the first shaft and the second shaft; a first rotary body, which is coaxially connected to the first shaft, wherein the first rotary body comprises an annular first adapter support, and a cylindrical structure part extending in an axial direction is arranged at the inner periphery of the first adapter support; a second rotary body, which is coaxially connected to the second shaft, wherein the second rotary body is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first rotary body; and a guide assembly arranged between the cylindrical structure part and the first shaft so as to limit the circumferential and radial movement of the first rotary body relative to the first shaft. According to the electric motor, the coaxiality of a stator or a rotor with respect to the shaft system is improved, and the assembly quality of the electric motor is thus improved; and the guide assembly replaces sleeving tooling, so that the assembly process of the electric motor is simplified, and similarly, the assembly cost of the electric motor is reduced.
