Abstract:
Provided is an electric motor monitoring device for estimating a torque without obtaining an iron loss resistance. The electric motor monitoring device comprises: a magnetic flux calculation unit (131) for calculating the stator interlinkage magnetic flux of an electric motor (7) from a stator voltage, a stator current, and a stator phase resistance; a total torque calculation unit (132) for calculating a total torque from the stator interlinkage magnetic flux, the stator current, and the number of pole pairs; no-load loss torque calculation unit (133) for calculating a total loss from a rated output and a rated efficiency, calculating a primary copper loss from a stator phase resistance and a rated three-phase current effective value, calculating a secondary copper loss from a rated slip and the rated output, and calculating a no-load loss torque from the total loss, the primary copper loss, the secondary copper loss, and a rated rotation angle speed; and an estimated torque calculation unit (134) for calculating an estimated torque from the total torque and the no-load loss torque.
