Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an electric motor protection structure and an air output device. The electric motor protection structure comprises: a base body, which comprises a first cavity, the first cavity being suitable for accommodating an electric motor, and a first opening being formed in the end of the first cavity that is away from an electric motor output shaft; and a cover body, which comprises a main cover, the main cover being in sealed connection with the first opening and being suitable for shielding the first opening, a flow guide surface being arranged on the side of the main cover that is away from the first opening, and the flow guide surface being configured to be of an arc surface shape and being suitable for dispersing and guiding an airflow flowing towards the main cover. A closed cavity is formed by the first cavity and the main cover which are connected to each other in a sealing manner to wrap the electric motor therein, so that the protection of the whole structure of the electric motor is achieved, and water is prevented from entering the electric motor and dampening the electric motor; moreover, the main cover is arranged on an air intake side away from the electric motor output shaft, and the arc-shaped flow guide surface on the main cover is provided to be windward, with an edge being streamlined, so that the flow guide surface provided in such a manner enables the airflow to slide along an arc surface, such that the wind resistance of a windward side of the electric motor protection structure is reduced, the airflow kinetic energy loss is further reduced, and the air output amount of a fan provided with the electric motor protection structure is improved.
