Abstract:
Provided are an electric motor rotor and a self-starting synchronous reluctance electric motor thereof, and a compressor. The electric motor rotor comprises a rotor iron core which comprises a first rotor punching sheet (1), wherein the first rotor punching sheet (1) is provided with filling grooves and rotor grooves (2); the filling grooves comprise second filling grooves (32) and first filling grooves (31); a plurality of magnetic barrier layers are provided at intervals on the first rotor punching sheet (1) along a q-axis; the plurality of magnetic barrier layers comprise two outer magnetic barrier layers and a plurality of inner magnetic barrier layers located between the two outer magnetic barrier layers; the outer magnetic barrier layers comprise the first filling grooves (31); the inner magnetic barrier layers comprise the rotor grooves (2) and the second filling grooves (32) located at two ends of the rotor grooves (2); and in the same inner magnetic barrier layer, dividing ribs (5) are arranged between the second filling grooves (32) and the rotor grooves (2).
