Abstract:
The present application provides an electric motor shaft, an electric motor and an electric vehicle. The electric motor shaft comprises a shaft body and an insulating coating. The shaft body comprises a first mounting part and a second mounting part that are fixedly connected. The end of the first mounting part close to the second mounting part is provided with a positioning step surface. The first mounting part is used for mounting a rotor. The second mounting part is covered with the insulating coating, and the second mounting part is used for mounting a bearing. The resistivity of the insulating coating is not less than 107 Ω•m, which may thus effectively reduce the possibility of shaft voltage discharge breaking down a lubricating oil film in the bearing to form a path to generate shaft current. That is, the insulating coating may effectively block the circulation of the shaft current between the electric motor shaft and the bearing, thereby reducing the possibility of abnormal operating noises from the electric motor caused by the electrical corrosion of the bearing, and effectively increasing the service life of the electric motor.
