Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric motor stator performance testing machine. A tester is arranged in a machine frame (14) of the testing machine, a cylindrical supporting column (16) is arranged on the machine frame (14) in a manner of horizontally facing towards the front face, the supporting column (16) is made of an insulating material, a stator (10) to be tested is arranged on the supporting column (16) in a sleeved manner, and a plurality of wire breaking devices (18) are arranged on the machine frame (14) around the supporting column (16); each wire breaking device (18) comprises a plurality of wire breaking knives (20) made of metal and one driving device (22), all the wire breaking knives (20) of each wire breaking device (18) are fixed on the driving device (22), and the driving device (22) can drive the wire breaking knives (20) to move towards the supporting column (16), such that each wire breaking knife (20) can correspondingly cut one stator wire; and the wire breaking knives (20) are insulated from each other and are insulated from the driving device (22), and the wire breaking knives (20) are connected to the tester by means of cables, such that the stator wire is electrically connected to the tester by means of the wire breaking knives (20) coming into contact with the stator wire, thereby testing the stator (10) by means of the tester. According to the electric motor stator performance testing machine, the stator wire is cut by means of the wire breaking knives, such that the degree of automation is increased and the safety is improved.
