Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric motor, comprising a rotary shaft, a rotor assembly, a stator core, a coil winding, a housing, two end covers and several bolts, wherein the rotor assembly is provided with several heat dissipation through holes, and one end face of the rotor assembly is provided with several air blades; and an upper end and a lower end of the housing are respectively provided with air inlet holes and air outlet holes. A first air deflector is arranged on a top face of the air blades to realize centrifugal exhausting; a center hole is provided in the middle of the first air deflector, and the center hole is sleeved on the rotary shaft; and a second air deflector is arranged between a top face of the first air deflector and the end cover, and the second air deflector is mounted inside the housing and mounted at the top of the air outlet holes, wherein the edge of the second air deflector is provided with a flange, and an outer side wall of the flange is tightly fitted with an inner wall of the housing. By means of the first air deflector, an airflow can be guided towards two sides of the housing of the electric motor or can be guided upwards, an air outlet is located at the bottom of the second air deflector, and the second air deflector guides the airflow towards the air outlet, so that the airflow inside the electric motor is circulated, thus effectively improving the internal heat dissipation effect of the electric motor.
