Abstract:
Provided is an electric power adjustment device comprising: a communication unit that transmits an adjustment command to a base location adjustment device that adjusts electric power supply and demand at a base location; and a command generation unit that generates the adjustment command on the basis of adjustment capability information on the base location adjustment device. The adjustment capability information includes: adjustment electric power representing electric power that can be adjusted by the base location adjustment device; and an adjustment electric power amount representing an amount of electric power that can be adjusted by the base location adjustment device. The adjustment command includes: command electric power representing electric power to be adjusted by the base location adjustment device; or a command electric power amount representing an amount of electric power to be adjusted by the base location adjustment device.
